For villas and riads let by the month. We find and qualify tenants before you meet them, and handle the move-in. Move-in terms are yours to set — typically rent paid in advance and a deposit — and agreed before anyone signs. Subletting is allowed only if you allow it; otherwise it stays off the table, and every tenant knows it from day one.

You keep your villa; we run it as a holiday rental. We list it on the main booking platforms and, on top of them, fill dates with private bookings from our own network of guests and partners. Every request is vetted before it is confirmed. Our team welcomes guests, looks after them and checks them out; housekeeping, pool, garden and maintenance are handled and supervised. At the end of each month you receive a report: the work and maintenance done, what the villa earned, and the costs.
